° How do I get a refund?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your payment transaction. A refund will be at the managements discretion.
° Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely.
° Is my payment secure?
For sure, we use one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world, Authorize.net, for processing all payments. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to them. Furthermore, credit card information is not stored on our servers.
° What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Because our site is so complex, cookies are required on our site past the sign-up page.
° I forgot or lost my password! How do I login?
Just CLICK HERE, tell us your e-mail address and we'll email it to you right away.
° How do I log in and out?
To log into the members area, click on the LOGIN tab and enter the unique user name and password that you chose when you placed your add. If you forgot or lost your pass code,
CLICK HERE.
Your log in session remains active for 30 minutes or as long as your browser is open.
To log out, simply close your browser.
° How long is my advertisement listing active?
Your listing will remain active for 12 weeks. Once you have found your roomie, make sure to login and deactivate your listing from public viewing.

° Can I advertise a room located in another country?
No. At this time, Roommates2Go only provides services in the US and a couple of Canadian provinces.
° How to I change my advertisement details?
If you have not rented your room for a while then you can adjust the price online to make it more appealing to prospective tenants. Simply 'Login', and click "View & Update My Profile".
° Removing your property
Properties are automatically removed after 3 months, but if you have rented your room before this time you can remove yourself. Simply login and click "Deactivate Listing" on your personal homepage.
° What are email alerts?
If you are a member searching for a room, our system will let know by e-mail when you have new matches but no more than once a day. This is a FREE service. If you are advertising a room you can get a list of all subscribers looking for a property in your area, to view this simply login to the advertisers area and click view contacts, you will need a pass code to view this information. Currently there is not option to turn off the email alerts without deactivating an account.
